In Teams of Two

Each team member will complete 10 rounds of the following:

6 Wall Balls (20#/14#)

3 Overhead Squats (95/65)

2 Wall Walks

While one team member is completing a round, the second is hanging from a pullup bar. Each time that team member comes off the bar before the round is complete, both must do 3 Burpees before resuming the round.
