15 x Knee Tuck Jumps

20 x Mountain Climbers per leg

Double-under practice as time allows.

Coach-led 8 minute EMOM (begins 10 mins after start of class)

Odd minutes: L-Sits – Accumulate 30 seconds during 1st min, then, 20 sec, 15 sec, & 10 sec or more.

Even minutes: 2, 4, 6, 8 Candlesticks

WOD

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Tabata (8 cycles per exercise: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. 1 minute rest between each of the 5 tabatas.)
