Warm-up (No Measure)

5 jump rope running laps around gym perimeter or 10 jump rope laps around 1 side of gym.

2 x 15m bear crawls

2 x 15m inch worms

10 OH walking lunges (each leg) 25/15

10 Pull ups

Coach Led Stretch & Skill Work

Toes-To-Bar (4 x 10)

There will be a coach led instruction on t2b progressions starting from hollow body holds and ending with stringing t2b together.

This will be set up in an obstacle course style each person will complete the course 4 times.
