Strength/Skill

Deficit Deadlift (10-8-6-4-2 @50%-60%-70%-80%-90%)

Deficit deadlifts from 45lb/25lb plates, or modified, as determined by coach, using difference of height:wingspan ratio, + 1in)

Do not lift any weight beyond your ability to keep your back flat.
