Warm-up

– 5 min row or jog

then warm-up with coach

Strength

Deadlift (3-3-3-3)

15 mins to work up to 3RM. Then do 3×3 @ that weight.

WOD

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Death By Air Squats
With a running clock:

Minute 1: Run 20 meters, do 10 air squats w/ full depth and full extension.

Minute 2: Run 20 meters, do 11 air squats.

Continue, adding 1 air squat each minute until you cannot complete the run and total # of squats in the 60 sec time period.

Once you’re “out”, you run 20m run and do 5 perfect push ups per minute until the final athlete is finished.
