Warm-up

Roll out – 3 mins, then
Coach-led Group Warmup
– Dynamic stretching
– “Sally” Push ups (lockout in “up”, hover in “down”)

Skill/Strength

All sets @ light weight. Focus on perfecting technique.

A: Overhead Squat (5-5-5-5)

B: Hang Snatch (5-5-5-5)

WOD

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

TABATA – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds. 1 minute rest between tabatas.

Score for each tabata is your lowest rep count of the 8 rounds.
