15 PVC Thrusters

15 PVC Good Mornings

15 Supermans

15 Sit ups

Coach-led skill/warmup at 10 min mark

Strength/Skill

Thruster (15 mins to work up to a 3RM)

WOD

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Dr. Strangelove meets CrossFit

with an EMOM clock running:

1st minute: 30 jumping jacks

2nd minute: 30 air squats

3rd minute: 3 burpees

4th minute: 4 burpees

5th minute: 5 burpees

continue adding 1 burpee each minute until you cannot complete all burpees within the minute.

Score = highest number of completed rounds.

Post WOD

While others are still working, cheer them on.

Then stretching & mobility work w/ Coach as a group.
