Warm-up

(No Measure)

– 200m run

– 20 Sit ups

– 20 Air squats

– 200 m Rower sprint

– 20 Jumping squats

5 min game

WOD

1: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12 min Partner EMOM

1 sandbag shuttle carry per partner

then AMRAP of 10 hula hoops per partner, alternating for the remainder of the minute.

Every 10 hula hoop rotations count as 1 rep.

Score= total combined hula hoop reps .

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Death by Sit-ups

1 Shuttle Run then 10 sit-ups in the first minute.

1 Shuttle run then 11 sit-ups in the 2nd minute

1 Shuttle run then 12 sit-ups in the 3rd minute etc.

continue as long as you can complete the run and sit-ups in the minute.

Score= highest number of sit-ups you successfully completed within the minute.

Post WOD

200m cool-down jog or row then 5-10 minutes of mobility work
