Each front squat set is immediately followed by corresponding back squat set.
A: Front Squat (10-8-6-4 (60-70-80-90% of FS 1RM))
B: Back Squat (10-8-6-4 (60-70-80-90% of FS 1RM))
For Time: 30 Snatches, 135# / 95#
Spend 5 minutes of foam rolling: quads, hamstrings, glutes, I-tbands, lats.
Spend 5 minutes using ball for shoulder & hip mobility
