GHD work for time:

75 Back Extensions

50 GHD Sit Ups

50 Back Extensions

25 GHD Sit Ups.

Scale as necessary. If you have not been working consistently on the GHD recently, do a MAXIMUM of 10-15 reps per set of each exercise on the GHD, then do balance of reps on the floor.
