1000m Row w/10 Situps every 50m

800m Jog w/15 V-Ups each lap

– Then –

Shoulder stretches, quad stretches, Hamstring stretches

Weightlifting

Snatch (3 Attacks on 3RM HP Snatch)

Come up slowly on Hang Power Snatch Triples until just short of failure (attack 1). Go to 80% of that weight and begin again, adding weight very methodically (attack 2). Begin at 80% of weight from attack 2, come up quickly to find max. Score is best 3 reps throughout complex.

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Minute 1: Max Effort 4 FR Lunges + 1 Jerk 95/65

Minute 2: 15 T2B

Minute 3: 10 Ring Dips
