10 sit ups
10 push ups
10 squats
“Roxanne” burpees


Metcon (No Measure)

Deck of Cards Team WOD
Each team works through a deck of cards, one team member at a time:

Hearts: Box jumps/step ups
Spades: Squats
Clubs: Sit ups
Diamonds: Pushups
Card number: # of repetitions (face cards = 12 reps)
Joker: Give to another team to make them all do 10 burpees together.

First team to finish their card deck wins.

Get hit and pay the price:
Blue = 5 squats
Orange = 5 sit ups
Purple = 5 push ups
Green = 5 lunges
Yellow = 5 broad jumps
Red = 5 burpees
