Run 1 lap around entire business park, then

Metcon (Time)

Divide into 2 teams. Each team draws one card at a time and performs the corresponding exercise reps according to the value of the card. Finish the entire deck for time.

Hearts = Sit ups

Clubs = Hand release push ups

Spades = Air squats

Diamonds = Wall balls

Face cards = 10 reps

Aces = 12 reps

Joker: 15 burpees (give to the other team to complete)
