– 200 m Run (alternating between forwards, backwards, side shuffle and karaoke steps.)
– Coach’s choice
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20 min Partner AMRAP:
– Shuttle Sprint 400 m (partners alternate 2×50 m shuttles)
– 10 m partner wheelbarrow
– 30 push presses (45/25) alternating sets as desired. While one partner is push pressing the other must hold their bar locked-out overhead.
– 10 m partner wheelbarrow (partners switch)
– 20 jumping air squats (alternating sets of 5)
