Station 1: 15/12 Calorie Row

Station 2: Sit-ups (amrap)

Station 3: 5 Pull-Ups + 10 Pushups + 15 Squats

Station 4: 15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

Station 5: Double-Unders (amrap) (singles 3:1)
Perform as many reps as possible Stations 1, 3, and 5.

For stations 2 and 4, perform only the number of reps indicated.

Score: total all reps completed in 3 rounds.
