Strength/Skill

We’ll be doing the lifts below as two supersets: 1) Bulgarian Squats + Turkish Get Ups.

2) Deficit Deadlifts + KB Swings

1: Bulgarian Split Squat (3 x 10 each leg 35% of back squat 1RM)

1a: Turkish Get Up (3 x 5 AHAP w/ KB or Sandbag)

2: Deficit Deadlift (5x 8 (50% 60% 70% 80% 80%))

2a) 4 x 12 KB Swing (53/35)
