Warm-up

15 minutes max to warm up:

– Roll out 3 mins

– 10 Spealler stretches

– 60 sec plank hold

– 60 sec squat hold at full depth

– 25 Air squats

– 25 Sit ups

– 15 Pull ups

– 25 Double unders (100 singles)

Skill/Strength

Handstand Walk (Accumulate 90 seconds)

L-Sit (3 sets to accumulate max reps in seconds)

WOD

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

TABATA – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds of each of the following:

Slam balls (25/15)

Box jump (24/20)

10m Shuttle run (each length= 1 rep)

Goblet squats (35/26)

Score for each exercise is your lowest rep count of the 8 rounds.
