Good news! Starting in January, we'll be making an adjustment to Thursday 6:00 AM hour. Class options will be expanded to include the daily WOD, Olympic Lifting class, and a new Endurance Running class.

Every Thursday @ 6:00 AM - Daily CrossFit WOD

1st and 3rd Thursdays @ 6:00 AM - Olympic Lifting class

4th Thursday in January, then 2nd and 4th of every month @ 6:00 AM - Endurance Running class

Open to members of all ability levels to build proficiency in the Clean & Jerk and Snatch lifts.
