When you arrive for your appointment, one of our coaches will greet you and show you around, then sit down to chat for a few minutes about your fitness background, current situation and aspirations.
We call your consultation a "No Sweat Intro" because you won't be doing a workout during your initial visit, and because there's never any pressure. So just consider it a mutual "getting to know you" session.
