Getting Started is Easy

First, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. Then, we will sit down and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train at CFL Fitness. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be in shape to join?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • What membership plan is right for me?

Next, we'll set you up with a trial membership, so you can come back to experience our group classes for yourself. You'll be working out with the group, but your workout routine will be personalized to match your goals and current fitness level. It's a great way to see for yourself if our gym is a good fit for you.

How it works

When you arrive for your appointment, one of our coaches will greet you and show you around, then sit down to chat for a few minutes about your fitness background, current situation and aspirations.

We call your consultation a "No Sweat Intro" because you won't be doing a workout during your initial visit, and because there's never any pressure. So just consider it a mutual "getting to know you" session.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.
